I don’t know why, but check-in took longer than I expected. Once that was done, the pickup was fine overall, just nothing especially smooth or memorable

It was clean, solid, and worked just fine. No issues at all, so what more can you ask for??

I did feel safe using it, which I appreciate, but the whole experience was kind of hit or miss. When something went wrong, I didn’t really feel like anyone was paying attention to me personally, more like I was just another ticket number in the system. It’s not terrible, but the reliability and support could definitely be better.

I booked a boat for a weekend trip, and at first the site was easy to use. The filters were helpful, and I found a boat that seemed like a good fit for what we wanted. But once I got further into the process, a few things started feeling unclear, especially extra fees and timing details that I wish had been shown upfront. it added some unexpected stress when I was just trying to plan a relaxing weekend. Messaging the owner was okay, but replies were a little slow, so I had to keep checking back and second-guessing things. Checkout worked fine, but I definitely felt like I had to review everything carefully before paying. It wasn’t a bad experience, but it could be a lot more simple and transparent

I’ll be honest, I was a bit unsure about the deposit and insurance side of things at first. But once I booked, everything was explained clearly and felt fair. The hold on my card was released exactly when it was supposed to be, and I didn’t have to chase anyone down. The insurance info was easy enough to find too. Overall, it was straightforward and no drama, which is really all I was hoping for

Boatsetter made it really easy to plan the day around what we felt like doing. We asked the captain for kind of a chill route, with a swim stop and some time over by the sandbar, and he was totally fine adjusting this and that as we went. It felt so much better than being stuck on some set tour. Really fun day.

The owner was super responsive and made everything really easy. Communication was clear from the start, which stood out compared to a lot of other places I’ve dealt with.

I booked a boat on Boatsetter for my birthday weekend i kept thinking, why haven’t I done this before? It felt like such an easy way to make the day feel special without turning it into a whole stressful production.

The captain was super chill, the boat was clean, and everyone had room to hang out, take pictures, snack, and just enjoy being out on the water. In my head I was like, okay, this is definitely better than trying to coordinate another dinner reservation or crowded bar night.

It ended up being the perfect mix of fun and relaxed. I didn’t have to overthink anything, which I appreciated so much. I’d absolutely book through Boatsetter again for a birthday, anniversary, or really any excuse to celebrate a little.

It would’ve been a much better experience if everything had been explained more plainly from the start

Their support team got back to me quickly and explained everything in plain English, which I really appreciated. It was sorted out without a bunch of back and forth, and it made the whole situation way less stressful.

A few things that were supposed to be there seemed to be missing, and the cooler was dirty, which wasn’t great. I feel like it’s fair to expect those basics to be taken care of

I had to cancel my boat booking at the last minute because our plans changed, i was expecting it to be a whole thing. You know how cancellations can be, right? But Boatsetter support was actually really easy to work with, and my refund came through faster than I thought it would. No confusing emails, no annoying back-and-forth, just handled. What more can you really ask for? I’d definitely use them again.
